よくある質問
- 音が出ない
- iPhone 本体横のスイッチ（消音モード）を確認してください。消音のままだと、ほかのアプリの音も鳴らない設定になっていることがあります。あわせて音量ボタンと、Bluetooth のイヤホンにつながっていないかも確認してください。それでも出ないときは、アプリをいったん閉じて開き直してください。
- 言語を変えたい
- アプリは端末の言語設定に従います。iPhone の「設定 → 一般 → 言語と地域」で言語を変えると、アプリの言語も変わります。iOS では「設定 → アプリ → （アプリ名） → 言語」でアプリごとに選ぶこともできます。Ear Trainer はアプリの中の設定でも言語を選べます。
- 買ったものを別の端末や再インストール後に戻したい
- 購入は Apple の App Store が管理しています。同じ Apple Account でサインインしていれば、アプリの中の「購入を復元」で戻ります。返金は Apple の窓口（reportaproblem.apple.com）からお願いします。
- アプリは何語で使えますか
- 13言語です: 英語・日本語・ドイツ語・フランス語・スペイン語・ポルトガル語・イタリア語・ポーランド語・トルコ語・韓国語・インドネシア語・ベトナム語・簡体中国語。
- 個人情報は集めますか
- 集めません。通信もしません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

FAQ
- No sound
- Check the switch on the side of the iPhone (silent mode). Also check the volume buttons and whether the phone is connected to Bluetooth headphones. If there is still no sound, close the app fully and open it again.
- Changing the language
- The apps follow the device language. Change it under Settings → General → Language & Region. On iOS you can also pick a language per app under Settings → Apps → (app name) → Language. Ear Trainer additionally lets you choose a language inside the app's settings.
- Restoring purchases on another device or after reinstalling
- Purchases are managed by Apple's App Store. Sign in with the same Apple Account and use "Restore purchases" in the app. For refunds, please use Apple's page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Which languages do the apps support?
- Thirteen: English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese.
- Do you collect personal data?
- No. The apps make no network requests. See the privacy policy.
